We use the information we collect to create a dynamic device map of different browsers, apps and devices associated with a User. The browsers, apps, and devices are identified by Device Data and identifiers that do not directly identify an individual, including cookies, hashed email addresses, and mobile operating systems assigned IDs such as the IDFA (on iOS devices), the Android Advertising ID, and the Windows Phone Advertising ID. Based on the collected information and the dynamic device map, Intent IQ and its partners are able to select relevant advertisements and deliver them to Users on different browsers, apps, and devices we have associated with them including laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, or TVs. Intent IQ and its partners also use the information we collect and the Dynamic Device Map to understand how users respond to and interact with ads and to report on that information, to detect and prevent fraud, for the benefit of clients in other industries (such as financial services, security and government) and other purposes.

Intent IQ shares personal information with its service providers, affiliates as well as makes available to its partners its dynamic device map to enable those companies to select relevant advertisements and personalize advertising and other content for Users on their different browsers, apps, and devices and for other purposes, such as reporting, analytics, and to detect and help prevent fraud. We also disclose the information to clients in other industries (such as financial services, security and government) to help with their products and services. Intent IQ also discloses to its partners aggregate information about the advertisements delivered using the Intent IQ system. We may also disclose to third parties the information we collect through our technology when we have a good faith belief that it is necessary to do so in response to legal process, to protect and defend Intent IQ’ rights or property, to prevent fraud or in cases of imminent danger, or in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale, liquidation or reorganziation of all or a part of Intent IQ’s assets.
